Kauai time is 2 hours behind California and 5 behind New York in the Winter changing to 3 and 6 hours in the Summer.

There is the standard hotel & state taxes of 11.416% added to all rates, and a $125 outcleaning fee. Prices are subject to change without notice. During this first year, we will be running some specials – so please call us for details.

We require a $500 deposit at when you book a reservation. This serves to secure your reservation. Full payment is due 45 days in advance during high season or 30 days in advance during low season. Your deposit is returned within 2-3 weeks after departure, assuming no extraordinary cleaning or maintenance.

Cancellation Policy
Outside of the 45 or 30 day period, we return 50% of your deposit, retaining the other 50% to cover administrative costs. Inside the 45 or 30 day period, the entire amount is retained, except in the case of extreme family misfortune.
